Room was nice and comfortable. A bath was much appreciated, makes a change from just a shower. No public area/lounge. Dining at Beefeater next door - food good.

Ideally located for a business trip. The International Conference Centre is located very close by, as is the train station.

Premier inns are pretty standard. This one was like most of the others, it was quiet and a good night sleep. The only downside was not being able to open a window in the room. Location is perfect for shopping and local attractions.

Stay was decent and budget friendly. Room was clean and bigger than expected. The initial room we were allocated had a weird scent and this was quickly resolved by staff that gave us another room without any fuss in two minutes.

Clean and tidy room, 3 people sharing, windows did not open, not because they were broke, they literally were fixed panes of double glazed, no handles no hinges...no chance of fresh air.

Didn't like this Premier inn. Waited up to 10minutes to be checked is as no one the desk. No apology when they did turn up. The room was meant to be two twin beds there was a king-size and a very uncomfortable fold-up bed. A very horrible smell lingered in the room too. The only positive is that it's next to the train station.
The first P.Inn I've not liked.

Excellent staff on reception. Clean family room, just a little bit tight on space, but it was good value for money. Beefeater next door provided excellent dinner, vegan and vegetarian food provided, despite the name! Wonderful breakfast, still being replenished when we left at 10am. We'll be back!

The night staff gentleman was very helpful. We had an issue with the booking and he did resolve it all be it after some time. Sorry didn’t get his name Sampic I think. Apologies if it’s misspelled.

Very mixed opinions about this place. The location is perfect as everything is very near and the staff were lovely. The problems start in the room. Leaky rusty showers, windows which don’t open and air con which smells of mould. The free “wifi” if you can call it that is non existent. The “premium WiFi” (if you can call it that) which costs £5 for 24 hours is no better. I was getting a mad download speed of 4 mbps when it worked but half that time that didn’t even work. The mobile signal is also terrible in the location meaning you’re basically without any form of internet when you’re in the hotel. It’s hard to recommend this place for anything other than a quick pit stop for the night, which is a shame as the staff ale lovely and very helpful.

Next to Telford Central Station. Nice restaurant and bar next door for eating and socialising. Reception staff always friendly and helpful. A regular stop for us.
